Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an installation operations leader to drive efficient, safe project delivery. You will oversee crews, coordinate schedules, ensure quality, and uphold company safety standards.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to clarify scope while Sales retains client communications. Success is measured by on-time, on-budget installations with minimal rework and strong team performance.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership & Development<br/>I lead, coach, and develop installation crew leaders and crews to operate independently, follow processes, and uphold company standards.
• Project Execution<br/>I plan and oversee installation work to ensure projects progress smoothly from start to completion with minimal disruption or rework.
• Schedule & Resource Coordination<br/>I coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support efficient and timely project execution.
• Quality Control<br/>I ensure installation work meets company standards through regular jobsite oversight and corrective action when needed.
• Accountability & Performance Management<br/>I hold crews accountable for attendance, performance, job readiness, and adherence to processes.
• Coordination with Sales & Account Managers (Not Client Ownership)<br/>I communicate proactively with Sales and Account Managers regarding scope clarification, job readiness, and field observations. I understand that client communication and expectations remain with Sales.
• Safety & Compliance<br/>I enforce safety standards and ensure all installation work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies.
