Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Project Manager - Field Operations to plan, organize, and direct complex detention projects. You will oversee installation labor and subcontractors, coordinate materials, and maintain detailed records to assure profitability and quality.

The role requires skilled communication, scheduling, and cost control, with a focus on training and development of the team. On-site work in a team-oriented environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; technical degrees preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor in a technical field desirable.
• 5+ years in engineering and installation of low voltage and IT systems.
• PM experience with projects and PMP/PM certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control project activities for detention projects.
• Supervise installation labor and subcontractors; coordinate procurement.
• Prepare and manage installation plans, status reports, and costs.
• Maintain digital records: job status, purchases, changes, quotes.
• Ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction; monitor profitability.
