Overview

We are seeking an experienced Installation Materials Department Manager to lead our team at Floor & Decor. This role involves achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and managing staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure an exceptional shopping experience through adherence to company guidelines on sales, customer service, and staff development.
• Manage store presentation standards, safety, and security protocols.
• Support and model customer service excellence, fostering a friendly and knowledgeable environment.
• Conduct competitive analysis and utilize business reports to optimize store performance.
• Supervise staff scheduling, performance reviews, training, and development.
• Handle store operations, including opening and closing procedures and HR issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience with proven operational leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.

Working Conditions

Frequent exposure to a warehouse environment with variable noise levels. Physical ability to lift weights up to 60 pounds and perform related tasks.

Store Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
