What you'll be doing day to day
You will optimize the IKEA shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales. Your responsibilities include maximizing sales and long-term profitability aligned with department goals, analyzing and acting on commercial opportunities, managing product availability, and gathering customer feedback. You will oversee the selection, onboarding, and development of co-workers, collaborate with partners across various functions to optimize sales, ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and services, monitor market trends, and foster an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and diversity.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience managing, leading, and developing people in a retail, customer-centric environment.
• 5 years of experience in active sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs.

This is a permanent, salaried position. Benefits are available to eligible co-workers. The role requires open availability from Monday through Sunday. The full salary range is $69,639 - $100,700. Benefits include paid time off, early wages, parental leave, tuition discounts, retirement and bonus plans, co-worker discounts, pet insurance, education programs, safety shoe reimbursement, telehealth, dental and vision plans, medical and Rx plans (for those working at least 20 hours/week), and a fun, inclusive work environment.
