Job summary

Cloud Comfort HVAC is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our residential installation operations in the South Bay area. You will oversee installation crews, schedule daily work, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to our quality standards.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with sales and service teams, and drive continuous process improvements while promoting a safety-first culture. This is a full-time leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation management experience.
• Experience managing 3–10 installation crews.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-10 HVAC installation crews.

• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
• Coach, train, and develop installation technicians.
• Monitor job progress and resolve field issues promptly.
