Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years minimum of residential HVAC experience, including time in installation.
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential installation standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and manage a team of HVAC installers from handoff to completion.
• Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and install coordinator to keep schedule full and on track.
• Conduct quality checks and final walkthroughs to protect customer satisfaction and reduce callbacks.
• Coach, train, and develop installers, holding the team to production and safety goals.
• Manage equipment, materials, and job readiness so crews have what they need on install day.
• Track department KPIs and drive toward revenue and efficiency targets.

A well-established residential home services company in the greater Los Angeles area is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead their installation department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running a team of installers, keeping jobs on schedule, and holding the crew to a high standard of quality and workmanship. Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 per year, including a department performance bonus, and the position is available immediately. Key Responsibilities
