Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Manager in Texas to lead the installation life cycle for window and door projects. You will supervise subcontractors and make decisions affecting project profitability while focusing on homeowner satisfaction and quality workmanship.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction project management, independent work, strong math and communication skills, travel within the territory, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong mathematical skills and numerical judgment.
• Excellent communication for resolving customer conflicts.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to travel within the location territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Overview

We're looking for an Installation Manager to join America’s leading window & door company!

As an Installation Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will manage the installation life cycle, including the direction of subcontractors and decisions affecting the financial outcome of the project. We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they install. You must be dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).

Responsibilities

• Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned
