Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the installation lifecycle, directing subcontractors and impacting project finances. You will work directly with homeowners, aiming to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results across Texas.

The role requires independent work, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. A valid US driver’s license and insurance are required for travel and site visits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to travel within location territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned

Overview

We're looking for an Installation Manager to join America's leading window & door company! As an Installation Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will manage the installation life cycle, including the direction of subcontractors and decisions affecting the financial outcome of the project. You must be dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).
