Location:Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll collaborate closely with installation crews and project managers while keeping daily field operations running smoothly.

Note:Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant commercial installation, construction, or field operations experience and must have personally worked in a hands-on installation role. Experience managing schedules and coordinating field crews is essential. Candidates with office-only coordination experience will not qualify.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial signage, construction, installation, or related field operations experience.
• Previous hands-on experience as an installer in signage, solar, electrical, low voltage/AV, telecommunications, storefront/glazing, awnings, canopies, or a similar field trade.
• Strong experience scheduling installations and coordinating field crews across multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret installation drawings, site plans, and work orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
