Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
