Job summary

Floor Coverings International is seeking an Installation Coordinator in the Crystal River area to lead daily operations, manage installer relationships, and ensure customers are delighted from start to finish. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking.

You will coordinate schedules, source installers, oversee costs, and keep projects moving on time while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in flooring installation and/or production management.
• Strong communication skills, both by phone and in person.
• Proficient in scheduling, planning, and workflow optimization.
• Tech-savvy with Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to boost satisfaction.
• Keep customers and installers informed with timely project updates.
• Lead weekly meetings with sales staff on new and ongoing projects.
• Source and evaluate installer talent.
• Oversee installer and vendor relationships to ensure quality.
• Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot to keep projects on track.
• Manage warehouse and inventory for efficient operations.
• Visit active job sites to verify workmanship and quality.
• Document projects with photos for accountability.
• Aim for 5-star customer ratings on every project.
