Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking a Field-Based Installation Inspector to cover the Denver metro area. This QA tech will inspect flooring installations in apartments and student housing, perform minor repairs, and document quality checks.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle, collaborate with installers and vendors, and help train new sales reps while ensuring top-notch service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience with carpet and vinyl flooring materials and related supplies.
Ability to perform floor covering repairs.
Physically capable of climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Reliable transportation and daily vehicle use.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Responsibilities

Drive to multifamily job sites daily to inspect flooring installations.
Report and follow up on incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Identify and remedy minor installation defects using company tools.
Log quality inspections and customer interactions.
Collaborate with subcontracted installers and vendors to address issues.
Conduct installation education seminars and assist in training new sales reps.
Assist with material pickup and delivery to job sites.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
