Job summary

Behind the Design in Clarksburg, MD is hiring a Window Treatment Installation Helper. No experience required; you'll learn directly from the lead installer and grow a valuable trade skill from day one.

This is a full-time, on-site position with regular daytime hours. You'll work with a hands-on team, loading and unloading trucks, assisting with installations in clients' homes, and supporting the lead installer.

• Reliable, positive attitude and physical stamina.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks at the start and end of the day.
• Assist with window covering repairs and installations in clients' homes.
• Support lead installer and technician on projects.
• Learn troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Help keep tools and materials organized.

Window Treatment Installation Helper

Join a growing, woman-owned window covering business serving Montgomery, Frederick, and Howard County. We're looking for a hands-on, eager learner who enjoys working as part of a team and is ready to develop a valuable trade skill. And yes, being a dog lover is definitely a plus. Many of our clients have furry "assistants" at home.

No experience with window treatments? That's perfectly fine. You'll work directly alongside our lead installer and team while learning the craft from day one.

Location: Clarksburg, MD | Full-Time, 100% On-Site

What You'll Get

• Compensation: $18-20/hr DOE
• 32+ hours a week: M-F, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
