FMH Conveyors is seeking a Team Lead for the Installation Crib to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate receipt, staging, and delivery of materials, and coordinate with Project Managers and Install teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
• 3+ years in warehouse, inventory control, materials management, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• ERP/MRP systems knowledge including Epicor.
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Installation Crib team daily.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate material staging and shipments for projects.
• Develop SOPs and improve inventory controls.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, and Installation teams.
