Job summary

FMH Conveyors, a Duravant family company, seeks a Team Lead - Installation Crib in Jonesboro, AR to plan, coordinate and oversee daily crib operations. You will ensure timely receipt, storage, picking, and staging of materials to support installations and project schedules.

You will lead the crib team, maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and ERP transactions, and collaborate with Project Managers and Purchasing to resolve shortages and optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to Installation Crib team members.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, picked, kitted, and staged to support installations.
• Coordinate material staging and shipments for projects.
• Develop and document SOPs for the crib area.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Logistics.
• Promote safety and lean manufacturing practices including 5S.
