Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Crew Member to contribute to the successful execution of landscape installation projects. This role involves physical labor and collaboration to bring design concepts to life.

You will load materials, dig, rake, plant, mulch, and grade, while operating hand and power tools safely. Teamwork with the Crew Supervisor is essential to meet project specs and maintain site safety.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading landscape materials and equipment.
• Dig, rake, plant, mulch, and grade as part of installation tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Work with crew members and the Crew Supervisor to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow safety policies.
• Communicate project progress or issues to supervisors.
• Prepare sites for installation, including debris removal and soil amendments.

This role involves physical labor and collaboration to bring design concepts to life.Job Responsibilities*** Assist in the loading and unloading of landscape materials and equipment.* Perform various manual tasks including digging, raking, planting, mulching, and grading.* Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.* Work collaboratively with other crew members and the Crew Supervisor to complete projects on time and to specifications.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.* Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress or issues.* Assist in the preparation of sites for installation, including debris removal and soil amendments.Job Qualifications*** Previous experience in landscaping or a related outdoor construction field preferred, but not required.* Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.* Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.* Reliable transportation to and from the company’s designated meeting point.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.* Basic understanding of landscape tools and equipment is a plus.Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
