Job summary

Mariani Landscape is hiring Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you'll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes, maintaining lawns and gardens to our high standards.

You’ll also handle seasonal pruning, shaping and enhancing client properties. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, ability to operate mowers, blowers and hedge trimmers, and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven work experience as a landscaper or similar role.
• Able to operate maintenance equipment including mowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Landscaping is physically demanding; expect lifting, bending, kneeling and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants to preserve health and beauty.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves for an appealing look.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers and tillers.

• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area.
• Operate various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Landscaping is a physically demanding job - expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.

Compensation

Position Range: $17.29 - $20.00
