Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Crew Member to help execute landscape installation projects. You will perform physical labor and collaborate with crew members to turn design concepts into reality.

Responsibilities include loading materials, digging, planting, mulching, and operating basic hand and power tools. A strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or outdoor construction preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from the company’s designated meeting point.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of landscape tools and equipment is a plus.
