Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in home improvement, construction, or a related field, including project or installation management, with an emphasis on managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop installation crews through coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews.
• Optimize crew schedules and labor allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Install Project Managers (IPMs) and Warehouse teams to align labor, materials, and timelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on installation projects.
