Job DescriptionJob Description

Engineered Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in or the ability to learn the installation of window films, vinyl faux wood, and other custom graphics on various surfaces such as doors, beams, walls, and ceilings. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and high-quality installations that meet our clients' unique design specifications. We do Architectural finishes, decorative glass finishes, and sun control as well.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Install window films, vinyl faux wood, and other patterns on windows, doors, beams, walls, and ceilings, ensuring precise alignment and placement according to client specifications.

2. Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate placement of custom graphics and patterns.

3. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and apply materials to designated surfaces.

4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.

5. Communicate with clients and project managers regarding installation progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.

6. Continuously strive to improve installation techniques and processes to deliver the highest quality results for our clients.

Qualifications

1. We appreciate someone with some construction/installation background, but what is most important is a willingness to learn and take direction as we will work to train you on the job!

2. Proficient in the use of hand (especially cutting tools) and power tools for material cutting, shaping, and application.

3. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality and precise installations.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

5. Physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform manual labor as required.

6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

• Full-time position with competitive hourly wage, based on experience and skills.
