Job Summary:

Perform work including small residential and light commercial repairs to remodeling for residential and light commercial customers.

Good customer service and excellent trade skills are essential.

Prepare and present a proposal to complete their projects. When the proposal is accepted, do the work to our customers’ and your satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least three trade skills (carpentry, drywall, flooring, general handyman and construction, building maintenance)
2. Effective problem-solving for homeowners and exceeding expectations
3. Provide your own tools
4. Collaboration with other highly skilled craftsmen
5. Attention to detail and job completion expertise
6. Time management skills
7. Good organization and effective communication skills
8. Valid Driver's License required and I9 approved
9. Must have personal, reliable work vehicle
10. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
11. Pass a criminal background check
