Our Installation Coordinatorperforms a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Schedules installation appointments
• Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks
• Manages Installation pipeline and paperwork
• Maintains communication with customers; collect and submit funding
• Receives and maintains inventory of orders

• Close installations in the CRM when verified complete
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED
• 2+ year of similar administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
• Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus

$24 - $24 an hour
