Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, seeks a professional to manage installation projects and lead teams to deliver quality outcomes on schedule. The role emphasizes planning, site visits, client coordination, and continuous process improvements.

You will work with field supervisors and staff to ensure projects meet budget and time objectives, maintain safety standards, and uphold quality across all stages of installation.

Responsibilities

• Plans installation projects, establishing priorities and sequences for installed products.
• Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards and timeliness.
• Confers with client to ensure customer satisfaction and communicates recommendations to supervisors.
• Reviews installation orders or schedules to determine resources needed to complete on time.
• Reviews reports and resolves problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Develops or revises standard practices and ensures compliance with standards.
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
• Other duties as assigned.
