You will review project details, coordinate timelines, and work with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, quality installations.

Qualifications

Job description

As an Installation Coordinator at Express Flooring, you’ll play a key role in managing the scheduling, coordination, and communication of residential flooring installation projects through our contracted vendor network. You’ll review project details, coordinate installation timelines, and work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project is completed efficiently, on time, and to Express Flooring standards.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

Job Type: Full-Time; In-Person
Compensation: $23-$26/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7am- 4pm | Rotating weekends (dependent on business needs)

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines
