From custom cabinetry and built-ins to accent walls and detailed trim work, our carpentry is known for precision, personality, and pride. As our business grows, we’re looking for an experienced Installation Carpenter who brings both skill and vision to every project.
Install custom cabinetry, built-ins, mantels, and trim packages (crown, base, accent walls, wainscoting, etc.)
Read and interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and design layouts
Problem-solve on-site and ensure a clean, finished look that reflects our craftsmanship
Work directly with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and professional installation process
Represent Raleigh Woodworks with pride, respect, and accountability
3+ years of finish carpentry experience, including cabinetry and trim installations
Excellent knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage time on-site
Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Cabinet shop or fabrication experience
Ability to train or mentor apprentices
Competitive pay based on experience
