Ainsley in Cortland, OH is seeking an Install Helper to assist with HVAC equipment installation and duct work. You will help verify deliveries, prepare sites, and support crews to ensure projects run smoothly and safely.

Assist in installing HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
Help design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Help verify, receive, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
Properly completes all the paperwork required for each job.
Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

1 or more years of HVAC installation experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to be flexible in the work schedule.
Valid, clean driver’s License.
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems
EPA certification
Must have own hand and power tools
Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
