Earn $20-27/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and certification support. As an HVAC installer, you will install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork, read blueprints, test systems, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints.
• Safety-focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Complete high-quality installations efficiently and professionally.
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure systems are installed properly and up to code.
• Test systems and make adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.
• Mentor and assist apprentices when needed.
