This hands-on role is ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who wants to grow in the trade. Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Work alongside Lead Installation Technicians on job sites.
• Travel to job sites within the service area.
• Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of installed systems (model/serial numbers, test readings).
• Collect customer signatures and required job information upon completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service.
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop.

Position Overview

We’re hiring an HVAC Installation Technician Apprentice to support our installation team. This is a hands‑on role working alongside experienced technicians, ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who wants to grow their skills and advance in the trade.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime: Available as needed

Compensation:

• $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
• Additional earnings through overtime
