Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network is seeking an experienced Interior Window Treatments Installation Technician for a 1099 role in Dunkirk, NY. The installer will schedule and coordinate installations, take complex measurements, verify product condition, and represent the network professionally.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and other soft treatments, with strong customer service and organizational skills.

• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer.
• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service.
