Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) is seeking an experienced Install Technician for interior window treatments in Bangor, ME. This 1099 contractor role covers scheduling, measuring, receiving shipments, and professional installation with our retail partners.

Applicants should bring extensive experience with Hunter Douglas products, strong customer service, and reliable liability insurance. Opportunity to work with a recognized leader and maintain flexible scheduling in home

• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer.
• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service.
