American Equipment is a leading overhead crane and hoist manufacturer and distributor in the Western U.S., seeking an Install Technician for the Denver, CO location. The role focuses on installing equipment and documenting work, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and electro-mechanical maintenance experience; travel is required, including overnight trips. This is a full-time position with standard hours.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Install Technician in our Denver, CO location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation of equipment / cranes


• Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


• Travel will be required, including overnight travel.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Aptitude for either electrical or mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment


• Ability to work well in a team environment.


• Willingness to work overtime is required


• Strong communication skills


• Proven commitment to safety


• Comfort with working at heights

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma


• Valid Driver's License with a good driving history and no DUIs


• Hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or equivalent military experience a plus


• Must pass drug-screen and background check

Work Environment

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
