Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical installation.
• Experience coaching and developing field technicians.
• Proficiency with scheduling, job costing, and operational management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support installation teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects
• Coordinate daily install schedules and ensure proper assignment and staging
• Review job readiness, scope, and materials prior to installation
• Ensure all installations meet standards, code requirements, and quality expectations
• Provide coaching and ongoing development for installation technicians
• Monitor job performance, efficiency, and profitability of install operations
• Work with dispatch, sales, and service teams for smooth workflow
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly to keep work on track
• Inspect completed installations for quality and customer satisfaction
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of install team members
• Maintain accurate communication between field teams and office staff
• Continuously improve install processes and workflows
