Matthews Signs, an established sign installation company based in Escondido, CA, seeks a Commercial Sign Installation Helper to support unloading, loading, and transporting signs and materials to job sites.

You will assist with installing electrical signs, maintain and remove signs, and handle materials, tools, and equipment. The role requires a proactive, safety-minded individual willing to work long hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be reliable.
• English proficiency recommended for clear communication.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Aid with unloading, loading, and transporting signs and materials to the installation site.
• Assist with installation of electrical signs.
• Help with maintenance and removal of signs.
• Handle signs, materials, tools, and equipment on site.
