Job summary

Bright Brothers is hiring Production Crew Members to join a fast-growing, hands-on team. You will assist with foundation stabilization, crawl space encapsulation, concrete lifting, and basement waterproofing, as well as garage floor coatings, storage installations, and holiday lighting displays.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to enter crawlspace, lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl.
• DOT preferred (not required).
• Valid driver\'s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair, including wall bracing, pier systems, and crack repair.
• Support crawl space encapsulation projects to improve structural integrity and indoor air quality.
• Perform concrete lifting and leveling to fix uneven sidewalks, driveways, and slabs.
• Prepare and coat garage floors using polyaspartic flooring systems.
• Install custom storage, cabinets, and organization solutions.
• Perform exterior soft washing for homes, roofs, and driveways using eco-friendly, low-pressure systems.
• Install, maintain, and remove professional-grade holiday lighting displays, including custom-cut lights, wreaths, and garlands.

What You'll Do

DryZone (Foundation Repair, Crawl Space, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Leveling)

• Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair, including wall bracing, pier systems, and crack repair
• Support crawl space encapsulation projects to improve structural integrity and indoor air quality

Hello Garage (Garage Makeovers)

• Prepare and coat garage floors using polyaspartic flooring systems
• Install custom storage, cabinets, and organization solutions

Bright Brothers (Soft Washing & Holiday Lighting)

• Perform exterior soft washing for homes, roofs, and driveways using eco-friendly, low-pressure systems
• Install, maintain, and remove professional-grade holiday lighting displays, including custom-cut lights, wreaths, and garlands

What We're Looking For

• Construction experience preferred
