Job summary

DryZone is seeking an experienced Crawl Space Encapsulation Foreman to lead a dedicated crew on residential encapsulation and waterproofing projects. You will install vapor barriers, drainage, and dehumidification systems, while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

The role emphasizes crew leadership, hands-on installation, and clear communication with homeowners throughout each project, with weekly schedules and potential for growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Crawl space encapsulation experience required.
• Waterproofing or foundation repair experience preferred.
• Construction or remodeling background helpful.
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Carpentry or general contracting experience is a plus.
• Residential installation experience is valued.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crawl space encapsulation and construction crew.
• Install CleanSpace encapsulation and vapor barrier systems.
• Install drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers.
• Complete waterproofing and foundation repair projects.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout each project.

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

What You’ll Do
