Job Description: As a Field Operations Coordinator at Window World, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and logistics of installations and service calls for our clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects, contributing to the overall success of our business. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the scheduling of installations, repairs, and maintenance services according to customer requirements and technician availability.
  2. Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times, provide service updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Collaborate closely with field technicians to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to complete their assignments efficiently.
  4. Monitor job progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions to ensure timely completion.
  5. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, job details, and technician notes.
  6. Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials and equipment required for installations and service activities.
  7. Provide administrative support to the installation and service team, including data entry and active project notation.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience (1-2 years) in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  5. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  7. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  9. Knowledge of installation and service processes, terminology, and industry standards is a plus.
