Job summary

Clarks Heating and Cooling in Dickson, TN is seeking an Install Apprentice to support residential and light commercial HVAC installations. You will rotate through shop, rough-in, and change-out crews and gain hands-on experience under skilled installers.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Help prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for daily installation jobs.
• Support shop operations by maintaining inventory, organizing materials, and preparing equipment.
• Rotate between the shop, rough-in crews, and change-out teams to gain hands-on experience.
• Assist with testing and inspecting newly installed HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers throughout the installation process.
• Continue learning HVAC installation techniques, tools, and best practices through on-the-job training.
