You will transform clips into native content, test formats, and optimize captions and hooks, while aligning with the Valuetainment voice. This is a performance-driven role with emphasis on measurable audience expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building or scaling personal brands or creator accounts.
• Deep understanding of Instagram growth mechanics and short-form content.
• Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and audience psychology.
• Experience launching repeatable content series.
• Ability to spot viral moments inside long-form conversations.
• Analytical mindset with comfort reading platform data.
• Background in lifestyle, motivational, or entrepreneurial content preferred.
• Comfortable moving fast and iterating in real time.
