Valuetainment in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Brand Growth Strategist to own Patrick’s Instagram, drive rapid follower growth, and build a Gen Z-focused sub-brand with street interviews and entrepreneurial stories.

You will transform clips into native content, test formats, and optimize captions and hooks, while aligning with the Valuetainment voice. This is a performance-driven role with emphasis on measurable audience expansion.

The Brand Growth Strategist creates and manages content across Patrick Bet-David’s personal accounts, primarily Instagram, with a clear focus on follower/subscriber growth. He/She wakes up thinking about content, hooks, audience psychology, and platform momentum. The primary responsibility is building and scaling Patrick’s personal brand, with Instagram as the central growth engine and follower/subscriber growth as the core KPI. The Brand Growth Strategist owns Patrick’s Instagram presence day-to-day and is accountable for turning attention into sustained audience growth. This is a results-driven role. Performance matters.

Job Responsibilities

Drive measurable follower and subscriber growth

• Translate Patrick’s ideas, appearances, and live moments into high-performing, platform-native Instagram content

Own Patrick’s Instagram, End-to-End

• Lead day-to-day management of Patrick’s personal Instagram
• Develop content concepts, hooks, packaging, and posting cadence
• Write strong, scroll-stopping captions and headlines
• Ensure consistent publishing aligned with growth goals
• Handle light community touch-points to maintain tone and presence

Turn Existing Assets Into Growth Content

• Repurpose podcast clips, speeches, interviews, debates, and live appearances into short-form, native Instagram pieces
• Identify moments with viral potential and repackage them for discovery
• Optimize content structure for retention and shareability
• Build repeatable formats that compound attention over time

Develop and Test a Gen Z Valuetainment Sub-Brand

• Create and iterate short-form series designed for younger audiences
• Launch and refine on-the-street interview formats featuring:
  • Young entrepreneurs
  • Emerging success stories
  • Practical advice for ambitious Gen Z viewers
• Test themes, tone, and series formats to identify breakout concepts
• Align content with Valuetainment’s core values while making it culturally relevant

Drive Growth Through Data

• Monitor follower growth, subscriber conversion, retention metrics, and engagement signals
• Identify what topics, formats, and hooks are driving net-new audience increases
• Recommend and implement adjustments to compound growthRun controlled content experiments to validate ideas
• Report performance trends and insights regularly

Protect and Elevate the Brand

• Maintain a consistent, aspirational, brand-safe tone
• Ensure alignment between Patrick’s voice and Valuetainment’s positioning
• Position Patrick as culturally relevant to emerging creators and young entrepreneurs
• Leverage lifestyle and motivational storytelling to deepen resonance

Success Metrics

You will be measured and incentivized on:

• Net follower growth
• Subscriber growth and conversion
• Content retention and completion rates
• Shareability and saves
• Breakout content performance
• Compounding month-over-month growth

Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
