Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X for personalities or businesses.
• Verifiable track record of growing social reach and revenue across multiple platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and platform-native analytics.
• Ability to edit video and create graphics for social media platforms is a plus.
• Pre-existing relationships with platform representatives and partner managers is desirable.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Interest in current events and podcast and digital media content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee social media strategy and on-platform monetization for a portfolio of large (1M+ follower) pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.
• Activate and optimize on-platform revenue surfaces and incorporate video content produced for TV, podcasting and YouTube into the social strategy to drive new revenue.
• Maintain expert knowledge of each platform’s monetization policies and best practices while building relationships with platform representatives at Meta, TikTok and X.
• Direct creator and production teams on day-to-day content strategy, posting cadence and platform best practices.
• Set up, manage, analyze and scale social content campaigns across owned channels.
• Ideate and measure results of A/B testing for creatives and campaign targeting to optimize engagement and growth.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports across all clients and platforms with deep-dive analysis.
• Manage the execution of paid social campaigns and support ad ops for branded content integrations.
