Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a special education teacher to support K-12 students who require additional supports in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will work with diverse students, implement SESI’s PBIS framework, and contribute to an evidence-based learning environment. The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and ongoing professional development within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
