Job summary

Qualifications include high school graduation and at least one year of experience working with children. Some positions may require a California driver’s license and First Aid training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school and one year of experience working with children in an organized setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction of students with emotional, educational, physical and/or behavioral problems; provide individual assistance to students in academic areas.
• Work with small groups to reinforce instruction and help implement lesson plans.
• Maintain routine records related to student work and classroom activities; monitor safety and behavior using positive reinforcement.
