Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience in an ECE setting.
• Ability to plan age-appropriate, standards-aligned curricula.
• Experience leading assessments and individualizing instruction.
• Strong communication with families and supporting parent conferences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct age-appropriate, standards-aligned curriculum to support development.
• Maintain safe, inclusive classroom with clear routines.
• Lead assessment process and document student progress.
• Partner with families as primary contact and provide updates.
