Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of track and related coaching experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background check completed and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with student athletes on ways to improve and foster belonging.
• Direct, encourage, and motivate athletes for competitions.
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses of athletes and opponents.
• Plan strategies and select team members for each meet.
• Work closely with other coaches and Athletic Coordinator.
• Coordinate issuance and return of uniforms.
• Maintain records of times and publicize meet results in local newspapers.
• Write up results for school announcements.
