Responsibilities

Teach subject-related content.
Develop a strong classroom culture built on respect, care, and high expectations (co-teaching model).
Collaborate with grade-level/content teams and school leaders to create and implement instructional materials.
Create a safe, equitable, and inclusive learning environment with developmentally appropriate strategies.
Use data to determine student needs and create action plans with the team.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Attend school events and participate in ongoing professional development.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
