• Use formative and summative data to determine student needs and create action plans.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Attend school events and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Uphold the mission, values, and educational model of the CDCPS.
