Responsibilities

• Adhere to state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Instruct students using various teaching methods.
• Plan and implement a program of study in the assigned content area.
• Create a classroom environment that engages students.
• Maintain accurate records for IEPs and 504 plans.
• Serve as test administrator for NC testing program.
• Meet with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
• Attend PLC and professional development.
