Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsels students to encourage and support student achievement.
• Monitors, supervises, coordinates, and enforces conduct and behavior of students.
• Observes, evaluates, reports, and records students’ performance and health.
• Prepares lesson outlines, objectives, and materials per curriculum guidelines.
• Sets clear objectives for lessons and projects.
• Presents subject matter using varied methods and technology.
• Instructs students individually and in groups.
• Prepares and grades tests; reports grades using District software.
• Communicates with parents/guardians and staff to address student needs.
