Qualifications

• Experience working with children or youth in educational or mentorship settings.
• Basic knowledge of coding languages such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and encouraging demeanor with young learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-based coding and STEM instruction to students of varying age groups.
• Facilitate hands-on projects involving programming, robotics, game design, and other technology topics.
• Manage classroom environment to ensure a safe, positive, and productive learning experience.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to build confidence and skills.
• Communicate student progress and updates to parents and school leadership.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment, software, and classroom materials.
