Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and valid Texas teaching certificate.
Completion of Texas Reading Academy required for Elementary.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans for core academic subjects.
Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
Use data to plan and implement instructional strategies and accommodations for diverse learners.
Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
Plan and supervise assignments for aides/volunteers.
Integrate technology to enhance learning.
Monitor student progress through assessments and provide feedback.
Foster positive behavior and a supportive classroom environment.
